THE MACHINE

Our RZ 100 Special grinding/lapping machine, using new-generation micro-abrasive belts, is able to restore different types of cylinders (cast-iron, chrome, steel, rubber, teflon) both flat and convex; the equipment is fitted on a motorised guide installed directly on the rolling press and permits restoring cylinders on site without having to disassemble them. The system can also be fitted to a lathe for lapping any kind of cylinder.
